the banner would be the picture at the top of the page beside "My chemical romance Fan Club"
the background is just that, the background.

Once i get enough entries, i'll ket you guys vote on them to be fair. Remember I need to know the image url in order to be able to use it. The image must be an appropriate size for what you want it to be used for (obviously, buddy icons don't make good background Very Happy

) and must not require logins to any sites in order to be able to see it (like some myspace pictures do). It doesnt necessarily have to be MCR for the background or the icons, but i would prefer if the banner is.

EDIT: You can also just post the picture here if you know how to use the image hosting (when making a new post click the icon with the floppy disc picture).
I can then save it to my computer and add it to the background or wherever you choose to use it.

You can also submit emoctions if you have any of those.
